Some picks for Sunday! Try your hand at morris dancing on Sunday morning by joining Bourne Borderers at 10.00 and Old Palace Clog at 11.00 in Kingfisher stage, or yoga or a sound bath if you are after something more gentle. The Sunday afternoon concerts on the Peregrine and Kingfisher stages start at 12.00 with Jez Lowe, KEGS, Nick Parker, David Gibb Duo and our Patrons Concert between 13.50 and 16.20 where Boo Hewerdine & Brooks Williams will be joined on stage by some of their very talented music acquaintances. Over on Nightingale stage, the David Gibb Family concert will take place between 11.50-12.40 – something that all the family will enjoy; followed by an opportunity to sit down with two of our great acts – Rory McLeod at 13.00 and Jez Lowe at 14.00 to hear about what inspires their music and enjoy a tune or two. At 16.30, ceilidh band Stumpy Oak will lead the final ceilidh of the weekend in Kingfisher stage – no experience necessary – just enthusiasm & energy. The evening concerts kick off at 17.45 on Nightingale stage with Cambridge & Walker. Over on Kingfisher stage, Rory McLeod will perform at 19.20 followed by Orphean Sprig and Jez Lowe. Our open mic winners will open the evening concert on Peregrine stage at 18.00, followed by The Fugitives; the magnificent Eddi Reader will take to the stage at 20.20; and folk rock band Rusty Shackle will start the final performance of the weekend at 22.00. Whew! A day of great music & entertainment lined up – not forgetting lots going on for younger visitors in the kids area. Sunday tickets are available at the box office on the festival site at £58 for an adult; £19 if aged between 12-17; and kids under 12 get in free. The free shuttle bus will operate between the festival site, train station & The Gallery in Ely city centre between 10.00 and midnight.
