Famous for being the front man of Show of Hands (“one of the great English bands” – Peter Gabriel), Steve Knightley is now stepping out with his new solo album The Winter Yards (“brilliant” – Fatea), and a new band to support it that includes acclaimed musicians David Delarre on guitar, Evan Carson on percussion and John Parker on double bass. Knightley will be bringing his “exceptional lyrical and vocal talents” (Spiral Earth) to Ely in what promises to be a standout show. They will perform on Peregrine stage on Saturday evening.
