Today we are proud to announce that we have joined the worldwide Keychange Initiative, administered by the PRS in the UK. Keychange members commit to achieving 50% women and under-represented genders on their bills within an agreed timescale, which in our case is 5 years (but we hope to be a lot quicker than that).
