As the weather is “quite” hot and very dry, we wanted to remind you of our barbecue guidance. Open fires, firepits and ground level barbecues are not allowed. If you are using a barbecue we’d prefer it to be gas-powered. If you’re using a charcoal one it must be at least 45cm off the ground and not lit within 15m of the festival boundary or trees. Spent coals must be completely cold before being disposed of and then put in one of our metal bins which will be at primary fire points which are marked with a flag.
