If you prefer to buy your festival tickets by post, over the phone or in person, these transactions will be handled by the Apex. Details on how to buy tickets this way along with the booking form are available on our Tickets page https://elyfolkfestival.co.uk/tickets/. Only Tier 2 and 3 tickets will be available this way and transactions will attract a 10% booking fee to cover the costs of admin involved. A postal fee of £1.50 will be charged per transaction to post tickets to you. Please note: Due to the constraints of the Apex booking system it is not possible to show the 10% booking fee as a separate item and each ticket booked will show its price INCLUDING the booking fee, i.e. 10% more than the online prices shown on the Tickets page.
