We had some great entries this year for our festival photograph competition. The theme was ‘A riot of colour and sound’ which sparked imaginations. Thanks to all who entered, It was a difficult decision but we managed to select two winners that we felt best reflected the theme. So, congratulations to Jon Dean for your superb study of a young festival goer concentrating hard on combining colour and sound at the same time (pictured above); and to Glenys Dawkins for capturing both the floral headresses and noise-making ability of Earlsdon Morris Men with their bells and rattles. We’ll post up some of the entries on the web site shortly to bring back memories of the 2016 festival.
